According to the development trend of nursing care based on urinary tract surgery,an automatic irrigation system after bladder operation was designed. The system uses OV2640 image sensor to capture the image of the patient′s drainage fluid, the STM32 microcontroller receives the captured image and displays it on the LCD screen. In the program, the image frame of the drainage fluid was analyzed by mean gray value and erosion algorithm, and it judged the concentration of blood dissolved in the drainage fluid and whether it is mixed with clot. This method has the advantages of small calculation and fast processing. After the test experiment, the results show that the system achieves automatic detection of blood and blood clot dissolved in the drainage fluid, and ensures the efficiency and accuracy.
