2008 Küresel Krizinin Kökeninde Yatan Hatalar ve Dodd-Frank Kanunu Düzenlemeler(The Origin Mistakes of the 2008 Global Crisis and Dodd-Frank Act Regulations)

Abstract

There are various scientific publishing which explains the reasons that caused 2008 crisis to emerge, yet, it is observed that a detailed study has not been done to put forth breeding mistakes of the crisis. Whilst,any reason that effects the crisis to break out is a result of a previously done mistake(s). This study is prepared with the aims; considering to be important to prevent probable crisis to clarify the bonds between the mistakes and reasons , previously done mistakes before the crisis and reasons for crisis developed by those mistakes, contribute to satisfying the need in the literature, and to examine the precautions taken by the USA to put away the reasons for the crisis. It is obsreved that the reasons breeding the crisis are arised from a series of chain mistakes starting with liberal policies and ends in focusing on the strong regulations for the management of financial crisis policies instead of liberal policies in the post crisis period
