Educational psychology in progressive educational psychology is the science of introducing psychological principles and roles into the processes and procedures followed in education, the science of describing human behaviour and the nature of human behaviour. Psychology is a branch of psychology that describes the relationship between educational psychology and the teaching methods of the student learning environment. Educational psychology has many dimensions making sustainability and achievement rectifying the likes and dislikes and the flaws found in methodology, emotions, attitudes, etc. It determines the understanding of students’ behaviors and stimulates the student’s interest in learning. The basic purpose of the article is to assist the teacher with the help of Professor Na. Subbu Reddiar’s educational psychology has long been regarded as how the student absorbs the knowledge and attitudes he had seen and the applicable principles in educational principles that Prof. Reddiar has quoted. Psychology and the limits of educational psychology are detailed by him. Prof. Reddiar as a psychologist says that educational psychology is the study of the behaviour of students as appropriate to the educational environment that fosters one’s learning experiences from birth to old age. According to him, educational psychology covers the whole range of behavioral persona related to education. Hence, this study explains the points of educational psychology rendered by Prof. Reddiar.
