Abstract

This paper studies the extension of citizenship as a result of dinamogenesis human rights and the compatibility of values when they attach put the Human Dignity in a new level, more complex. Th is research reveals the current dimension of citizenship in the context of the XXI`s century and shows the infl uence of the globalization phenomenon in the states, which now operate cooperating and sharing their sovereignty. In the globalization`s scenario suggests new ways of exercising cosmopolitan and regional citizenship and reveals the relationship complementarity that exists between the protection of citizenship systems - national, regional and universal.
