To solve the gas pre-drainage problem of high gas low permeability coal seam, based on LS-DYNA3D nonlinear dynamic finite element analysis software, the process of forming jet by perforating charge crushing shaped charge liner and penetrating coal seam is simulated. The formation of metal jet and the action range of penetrating coal seam are analyzed, and the penetrating depth is 1.4 m. The comparison is made with non-shaped charge liner penetrating coal seam. The results showed that the penetration depth increased by 250% and the active area increased by 2 592%.
