Prof. Sullivan is Dean of the University of Washington School of Pharmacy. He is past president of the International Society for Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research (ISPOR) and served as chair of the health technology assessment (HTA) committee of US Health Insurer Premera Blue Cross, was part of the US Governmental Medicare coverage evidence committee and led the ISPOR Task Force on Methods for Conducting and Reporting Budget Impact Assessments.
