Abstract
The article considers scientific and practical issues of improvement of the quality management systems on the basis of their auditing and studies the problem of improvement of methodical approaches to auditing systems of management of quality of activity of agrarian companies. It identifies essence of the audit of the quality management system, offers definition of the “audit of the system of management of quality of activity of an agrarian company” notion. It substantiates tasks of the audit of the quality management system of an agrarian company. It conducts analysis of main types of the audit of the quality management system and develops an algorithm of the process of internal audit of the system of management of quality of activity of an agrarian company. It improves methods of audit and forms a complex of indicators for identifying effectiveness of the process of internal audit of the system of management of quality of activity of an agrarian company. It develops methodical approaches to assessment of volume of labour needed for conducting internal audit of the system of management of quality of activity of an agrarian company.В статье рассмотрены научно-практические вопросы улучшения систем менеджмента качества на основе их аудита, исследована проблема совершенствования методических подходов по проведению аудита систем менеджмента качества деятельности аграрных предприятий. Определено содержание аудита системы менеджмента качества, предложено определение понятия «аудит системы менеджмента качества деятельности аграрного предприятия». Обоснованы задачи аудита системы менеджмента качества аграрного предприятия. Осуществлен анализ основных видов аудита системы менеджмента качества и разработан алгоритм процесса внутреннего аудита системы менеджмента качества деятельности аграрного предприятия. Усовершенствована методика аудита и сформирован комплекс показателей для определения результативности и эффективности процесса внутреннего аудита системы менеджмента качества деятельности аграрного предприятия. Разработаны методические подходы к оценке затрат труда на проведение внутреннего аудита системы менеджмента качества деятельности аграрного предприятия.
