ABSTRACT In this research the catalyst palladium supported zeolite was prepared then X-ray diffraction and fluorescence and thermo gravimetric analysis was measured to understand the crystal and molecular structure of prepared catalyst, Then the catalyst was applied in the treatment of heavy naphtha boiling range (100-200) °C under different conditions of temperature, the proportion of catalyst and reaction time to knowledge the optimal conditions for the best treatment process , The best temperature was (250) ° C and the proportion of catalyst was (2%) and the time of reaction was (2) hours adjusted by measurements of gas chromatography and infrared spectrum has shown the catalytic ability to form aromatic and olefinic compounds. The research octane number (RON) increase from ( 72.42 ) in untreated naphtha to ( 92.39 ) in the best forms of treatment.
