THE MAIN COMPONENTS OF THE METHODOLOGY ARON GUREVICH’S CULTURAL STUDIES IN THE CONTEXT OF DOMESTIC HUMANITIES

Abstract

The article deals with the specific features of the methodology of the famous Russian historian-medievalist Aron Gurevich. Traced the path of the historian of the socio-economic problems to questions of cultural history, and also shows the main lines of research in the broad context of Soviet historiography of science.
