PROLOG BASED AN INTELLIGENT TUTORING SYSTEM (ITS)

Abstract

In this study; components of a web-based general purpose Intelligent Tutoring System (ITS) has been realized by using Visual Prolog. A framework of the system has been constructed to apply various lesson. An ITS consists of four fundamental models which are domain expert model, user model, instruction model and user interface model. In this study, domain expert model, user model and user interface model have been realized. There are user interfaces for both author and student in the system. We aimed in this study, developing studies on ITS in our country and constructing a framework for an ITS.
