Public-private partnership on the basis of the project approach

Abstract

The article deals with the essence, the preconditions of becoming and function of public-private partnership in the modern economy. It is shown that the major feature of public-private partnership is the implementation of an agreement between the public and private partners on the principles of the project approach. The domestic and foreign experience in the implementation of public-private partnership projects is analyzed. The main factors that stimulate the development of public-private partnership projects in the Russian economy are defined.
