FEATURES OF PLANNING IN THE MANAGEMENT PROCESS SHIPPING COMPANY

Abstract

The article is devoted to the exploration and use of the continuous tasks of planning the transport process, justifying the need for implementation of optimization problems in the management of shipping companies based on the use of modern means of communication, as well as changes in the general approach to the role of plans at different levels in terms of instability of the environment. By changing the input parameters of the planning task, its individual characteristics or the interconnection of the elements included in the system, it is possible to obtain different output results that are analyzed, and then management decisions are made. In this case, it is possible to establish the functional dependencies between the output parameters (given costs, profit, operating costs, provi sional capacity, productivity, etc.) and the individual characteristics and parameters of the system, as well as the dependence of decision-making results on the mode of operation of the shipping company in different operating conditions. The introduction of continuous planning tasks in the activities of shipping companies will contribute to the timely and qualitative implementation of the main objective - to optimize the management process of the shipping company, which is put before water transport and must be achieved with the least expenditure of material and financial resources.
