PANDANGAN ABDUL QAHIR AL-JURJANI TERHADAP AL-FASHAHAH DALAM KITAB DALA’IL AL I’JAZ

Abstract

Dala'il al-I'jaz is one of the books by Abdul Qahir al-Jurjani. He is a figure from the science of balaghah also known as one of the founders of the basics of balaghah science itself. Many of his essays on balaghah and one of them is the book. As for one of the discussions in balaghah there is a discussion of al-Fashahah which in this article becomes a formal object of this research, with the problem raised in this article is to see the view of al-Jurjani himself as the writer or author of the book Dala'il al- I'jaz is against al-Fashahah itself. The research method applied in this article is descriptive qualitative by looking at references to articles and books related to the discussion under study and the material object of this study is the book Dala'il al-I'jaz. So that the results of research that show al-Jurjani's views of al-fashahah are found, but one of al-Jurjani's views is that he views al-fashahah as meaning not lafadz.
