After the termination of the WWI Albania fell under the protectorate of Italy in the scope of Italian efforts for the domination in Balkan Peninsula. Italian-Yugoslav conflict was favourable to some tribes, and bodies of newly formed Albanian authorities in aspirations toward the territory of Kosovo. The eventual conflict between the Kingdom of SCS, and Albania would take place within greater confrontations with Italy, which would arrange the part of its forces on Albanian front. Yugoslav Headquartersmade a variant of war plans in that purpose which predicted engagement of part of forces in the territory of Kosovo and Metohija, and Macedonia, and the assess of border front in order to take measurements for its insurance on time.
