Invasive pulmonary aspergillosis is the most common cause of invasive fungal infection. Vasculitis secondary to bacterial, fungal, viral, and parasitic infections is documented in the literature. There are no reported cases of antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA)-positive vasculitis secondary to pulmonary aspergillosis. Here, we present a case of pulmonary aspergillosis who developed ANCA-positive vasculitis.
