The student evaluation of the quality of the practical training completed as part of the Activity inNature course is the key part for a further operationalization of the course itself as part of theBologna Declaration, which has laid down the guidelines for future instruction. Our research wascarried out on a sample which numbered fifty-two (52) male and female students from the Facultyof Physical Education and Sport at Pale (The Republic of Srpska), who participated in the practicaltraining during the month of July of the 2007/08 school year, carried out at Tjentište. We used astandardized questionnaire numbering twenty (20) items. The questionnaire was in the form of afive-step Lycert scale. The answers were marked on a scale of 1 to 5. We used the appropriatestatistical procedures for data processing, ones we believed were appropriate for the subjectmatter. The data analysis has shown that students rated the quality of the organized practicaltraining as part of the Activity in Nature course as very high. We also concluded that theyunderstood the wider social significance of the program activities and the positive influence of theprogram on the health of people, primarily the young.
