非圆齿轮曲柄摇杆串联传动机构的设计与抽油机节能
Abstract
The mathematical model of non-circular gear crank-rocker mechanism is established,and the dynamic characters of this organization are analyzed.Taking the energy saving as a starting point,the design method applicable to the beam pumping unit of non-circular gear pairs is proposed.Based on the theory,taking CYJ10-3-53HB pumping unit as example,the simulation of the kinematics characteristic and dynamic characteristic is carried on to compare with the non-circular gear drive reducer pumping unit and the convention gear drive reducer by MATLAB software,and the accuracy of theoretical analysis is confirmed.
