Up-to-date radiochemical methods for the determination of long-lived radionuclides in the environment

Abstract

Radiochemical methods for the determination of long-lived radionuclides have been briefly reviewed. Developments in nuclear measuring techniques such as alpha spectrometry and liquid scintillation counting as well as in chemical separations have been comparatively evaluated.
