Research progress of auricular acupoint sticking therapy in patients with postoperative pain (耳穴贴压疗法在术后疼痛患者中的应用研究进展)

Abstract

Postoperative pain is a common problem in clinical surgery. Pain symptoms can seriously affect patients'functional recovery, sleep quality and psychology health, thus prolonging the recovery process. This study summarized the clinical studies of auricular acupoint sticking in patients with postoperative pain in recent years, and summarized the auricular acupoint sticking therapy for patients with postoperative pain, aiming to provide ideas and references for clinical management of patients with postoperative pain. (术后疼痛是外科手术常见的临床并发症, 影响患者术后功能恢复、睡眠质量和心理健康, 进而延长疾病康复进程。本研究对近年来耳穴贴压在术后疼痛患者中的应用进行系统总结, 详细阐述耳穴贴压疗法在术后疼痛管理中的应用现状与机制, 旨在为临床术后疼痛患者的治疗及护理提供新的思路与参考依据, 以期优化术后疼痛管理策略, 促进患者快速康复。)
