SELF-ASSESSMENT OF PERSONAL HEALTH OF YOUNG MEN OF STAVROPOL TERRITORY
Abstract
The article is devoted to assessing the state of health of the recruits of the Stavropol territory based on survey of 998 young people aged 15-17 years. The study concluded that is high self-assessment of personal health youth of premilitary age. It is difficult to call healthy life of the respondents. It was found that among respondents moderately prevalent smoking, alcohol and substance use, early sexual relations. It was revealed that a significant proportion of conscripts had suicidal thoughts (16.6% of respondents), accompanied by suicidal actions in 12.7% of cases, the most common cause, which was social disadvantage families of young men. It was determined directly proportional relationship between the family life and self-esteem personal health, family presence reduces the incidence of suicidal acts among young people.
