SPECIFICITY OF THE MODERN STAGE OF WORLD ECONOMY DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

The necessity of developing a new model of economy is proved. Initially, the contradiction between economic development and economic growth is analyzed. It is based on the contradiction between the world community’s tendency towards socialism and the approach of the limit of the industrial stage of development. The problems of transition to information economy are considered.
