With a view of developing new methods for diagnostics and monitoring the effectiveness of treatment of ischemic nephropathy in newborns in neonatal intensive care units there was carried out a study of activity of alkaline phosphatase, γ-glutamiltransferase, lactate dehydrogenase, β-glucuronidase and cholinesterase in the urine, using kinetic and photometric methods and DiaSys reagents (Germany). The findings were different range of enzymuria indicationg the level of nephron injury in nephropathy of different severity, intensity and dynamics of enzyme activity in the urine of newborns with ischemic nephropathy of varying severity in the neonatal period and first year of life; new objective criteria for the diagnosis and evaluation of the effectiveness of ischemic nephropathy treatment. In addition, there was fixed the border of referential meaning of nephrothelium enzyme strength in the urine of healthy infants in the neonatal period and there was grounded the use of soft vibratory massage combined with weightlessness simulation for the treatment of ischemic nephropathy in newborns.
