La légitimation de l’organisation : les enjeux du dispositif communicationnel
Abstract
We propose to analyze the communication plan implemented by an international industrial group in order to define the scope of its representations while trying to position itself as a key societal player. We will focus on the mediation processes between the organizational culture of the company and the communication plan to better understand what is at stake in the co-construction of meaning.
