In these perspective, the main objectiveis investigate the urban climate influence in respiratory diseases cases, to report witch demography and social-economic, in conjuncture social (no) equality anddistinguish in the life situations urban population in the São Paulo Estate, with astudy of the Presidente Prudente city case. For the case study in PresidentePrudente it was collected, treated and organized meteorology data(precipitation, temperature and relative humity at Presidente PrudenteMeteorological Station), interrelated witch cases of respiratory diseasesmorbidity (registered by DATASUS – Brazilian Unified Health System Data). Itwas confirmed that long dry weather period, oscillations of temperature andrelative humidity mostly time under 60% happened amplifying the respiratorydiseases cases. As a conclusion is possible to affirm that the weather typespattern contribute to intensify the cases of respiratory diseases, however isimportant to consider that each individual person has singularities in lifeconditions and different expositions to social-environmental vulnerabilities thatwhen jointed, interferes in the aggravations on public health clinical board, enlarging cases of respiratory diseases.
