Abstract

The article discusses the constitutional and legal position of Prosecutor of the Russian Federation. Spotted debatable position Prosecutor of the Russian Federation in the system of separation of powers. Formulate pro- posals to improve the legal status of the Prosecutor's Office in the future constitutional development.
