Homoafetive Union: A Question of Fundamental Rights

Abstract

It addresses fundamental rights and the constitutional principles applicable to the topic. It highlights how the superior courts of Brazil have positioned themselves on the union between people of the same sex. Indicates the question regarding the office of the notary in this matter.
