Secondary thoughts of declarative sentences in The Tārīẋ -e- Beyhaqī

Discussion about declarative and creative sentences, refers to the science of meaning that is a branch of eloquence science. The declarative sentences contain both truth and untruth, and their subjects exist in the real world; but in literature, we confront to virtual world and virtual reality; Thus we can’t determine the truth and untruth of the things in literature as well as we do in reality. So the manifest belongs to macro literature and the declarative sentences are used in the secondary and virtual thoughts; and this is one of the techniques of “eloquence and to deepen of literal dimension of speech”. Tārīẋ -e- Beyhaqī in addition to contain the historical information, has a lot of literary features. One of this features is the utilization of declarative sentences with secondary thoughts. After reporting of events, Beyhaqī has explained his criticisms, worldview and attitudes to his book reader by using the “declarative sentences with secondary thoughts”. Acquaintance of the social-political situation of Ghaznavids dynasty are effective in type of secondary thoughts. In this research, we have considered thirty-three stories of sextet of Tārīẋ -e- Beyhaqī. The most frequently secondary thoughts are command, warning, caution of ending of affairs, motivation and description.
