Research of Predictive Condition Maintenance System of Compressor and Its Applicatio

Abstract

Taking mechanical compressor of coal chemical industry as example, the paper proposed a design scheme of predictive condition maintenance system of compressor. The system uses comprehensive statistic analysis software in database server to evaluate main parameters of important components of compressor, so as to propose optimal operation and maintenance services of compressor. The actual application showed that the system improves maintenance efficiency and prolongs usage life of compressor.
