Klasifikasi Warna pada Kematangan Buah Kopi Kuning menggunakan Metode CNN Inception V3

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kopi kuning adalah varietas kopi yang berciri khas berwarna kuning saat matang. Permasalahan muncul saat petani tidak sengaja memanen kopi yang masih belum matang sempurna karena warna kopi kuning yang matang berbeda dari kopi lainnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode CNN Inception V3 yang merupakan metode deep learning untuk menentukan kematangan buah kopi kuning. Ada permasalahan yakni kurangnya dataset. Dengan teknik augmentasi dan transfer learning permasalahan tersebut dapat diatasi dengan memperoleh model yang baik. Dengan menggunakan label yaitu mentah, setengah matang, matang, dan total 1380 dataset citra buah kopi yang dipecah menjadi 984 citra untuk training, 246 citra untuk validasi dan 150 citra buah kopi untuk testing, didapatkan nilai akurasi metode CNN Inception V3 sebesar 92.00%. Problems arise when farmers accidentally harvest coffee that is not fully ripe yet because the color of ripe yellow coffee is different from other coffees. This study used the CNN Inception V3 method, which is a deep learning method for determining the ripeness of yellow coffee cherries. There is a problem, namely the lack of datasets. With augmentation techniques and transfer learning these problems can be overcome by obtaining a good model. By using three labels, namely raw, half-ripe, and ripe, and a total of 1380 coffee bean image datasets broken down into 984 images for training, 246 images for validation and 150 coffee bean images for testing, the accuracy value of the CNN Inception V3 method is 92.00%.
