Application of the A'WOT method for the selection of postal services development scenario in the Republic of Serbia

Abstract

This paper represents the application of A'WOT method for the selection of postal services development scenario in the Republic of Serbia. A'WOT method is a relatively new tool for decision making. This method is made by combination of the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP approach) and SWOT analysis. In this new hybrid method, SWOT analysis gives the basis for decision making by defining the elements, which are under consideration in the process of strategy selection. On the other hand, the AHP approach makes the rank of alternatives based on selected elements.
