PATHOLOGY OF ENDOMETRIUM AS «THE UTERINE FACTOR» OF INFERTILITY IS THE IMPORTANT MEDICAL AND SOCIAL PROBLEM IN RUSSIA

Infertility is the important medical and social problem which decreases the birth rates. Complex examination the women with infertility, including histological, and immunohistochemical study of endometrial biopsies revealed high percentage of endometrial pathology: endometrial hyperplasia, chronic endometritis and their combination, as so called «the uterine factor» of infertility. In chronic endometritis we observed: the disturbance in expression of the sex steroids receptors , marker of cell proliferation Ki-67 and marker of apoptosis (p53) in the endometrium.Тhat creates a pathological syndrome, leading to the development and progression of endometrial hyperplasia.
