This research article, includes a theoretical review of the human resources management in order to clarify the relationship that the people had, like the culture and the management model in the companies, from this recognition, is analyzed how involved the meaning that people have for the organization. From there is created a series of relevant characteristics of the link that they establish, which involves recognizing the influence of administrative actions in the processes of human development allowing individual growth, at the same time that the company grows.
