Abstract : The present recherch is emanation of the expression of the young diplomas universzitiy in démocratic republic of congo in general and those of the city of kinshasa in particular is a call to political decisoon-makers of democratic republic of congo for initiate projects providing jobs for young people. The ambitious job creation initiative enable young people to assume their responsibilities for a dignified duture.
