PERSONNEL EDUCATION AS ONE OF THE METHODS FOR EFFECTIVIZATION OF PHARMACY ORGANIZATIONS STAFF ACTIVITY

Abstract

We have studied and analyzed one of the items of HR policy - personnel education - in this article. During the sociological research we have estimated its influence on efficiency of pharmacy organization staff work. We have outlined and studied 4 basic directions in personnel education.
