This article describes the dynamics of the university humanistic formation focusedongender, the aimistoprovide the process university students formation with the epistemology to guide it. There searched analysis method was suitableto examine the Ecuadorian legislation context. There sults of this research may contribute to the integral formation of the study subject providing at the same time evidence of the social relevance in the face of the humanistic and gender formation.
