Research progress on evidence-based nursing competency assessment and practice among clinical nurses (临床护士循证护理能力评估与应用的研究进展)

Abstract

Evidence-based practice in nursing is an approach to combine the research and clinical practice, and aims to provide standard and efficient nursing service. Through literature review, this article summarizes the concept, origin, and development of evidence-based nursing ability, as well as the research tools, current status, and influencing factors of evidence-based nursing ability. The aim is to provide reference for clinical nurses to carry out evidence-based nursing practice, improve their evidence-based nursing ability, and thus improve the overall level of evidence-based nursing among clinical nurses, promoting the development of evidence-based nursing in China. (循证护理将护理研究和护理实践有机地结合起来, 为患者提供标准化的、经济的护理服务。本研究综述了循证护理能力的概念、起源及发展, 总结循证护理能力的研究工具、现状及影响因素, 旨在为临床护士开展循证护理实践提供参考, 提高临床护士的循证护理能力, 从而改善整体临床护士的循证护理水平, 促进循证护理事业发展。)
