Transportation costs of spare parts for maintenance of module constructed devices

Abstract

Modern electronic equipment are module constructed and theirs maintenance technology is based on repairable module units replacement. This work deals with o transportation costs model for these units, in o two level maintenance system. Transportation costs in function of some parameters are analysed. At the end of the work spare unit’s stock optimisation, including transportation costs is considered.
