The experience of organization of follow up monitoring in children with urinary tract infections

Abstract

Presented system of follow up monitoring for children with urinary tract infections (UTI) is based on refusal from season principle of monitoring and usage of constant, stage rehabilitation process; it also should be admitted that microorganisms translocation is done from endogenous biotops which are presented by places of chronic infections, intestines.The UTI problem in children is boundary for children nephrologists and urologists, there is the necessity of coordination both on the stages of preliminary diagnostics and rehabilitation. The main task for cooperative decision should be considered blocking of functional and organic obstruction of urinary tract.
