TOOLS FOR REGULATION OF BANKING ACTIVITIES IN THE CONDITIONS OF INSTABILITY OF ECONOMICS

Abstract

The issues of regulation and supervision in the Russian Federation of the activities of credit institutions to ensure the stability of the national banking system and to maintain the stability of the country’s financial system are disxussed. The main instruments of regulation by the Central bank of the Russian Federation of the activities of commercial banks are considered. The current state of the Russian banking sector is analyzed and the monetary policy is assessed. The most significant problems and prospects for the development of credit institutions in Russia have been identified.
