¿Evaluating or patchworking? An Evaluand-oriented Responsive Evaluation Model
Abstract
This article presents the CSCL Evaluand-Oriented Responsive Evaluation Model, an evolving evaluation model, conceived as a “boundary object”, to be used in the evaluation of a wide range of CSCL systems. The model relies on a responsive evaluation approach and tries to provide potential evaluators with a practical tool to evaluate CSCL systems. The article is driven by a needlework metaphor that tries to illustrate the complexity of the traditions, perspectives and practical issues that converge in this proposal.
