Features of interaction of chambers of Federal Meeting of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Russian Federation in financial sphere

Abstract

In article the most important constitutionally legal rules and norms concerning relations of chambers of the Federal Assembly and the Government ofthe Russian Federation in financial sphere are allocated, the principles of the given relations are considered, the basic directions on which the Council of Federation and the State Duma closely cooperate with the Government are designated. Estimations of the importance of activity of plenipotentiaries ofthe Government in chambers ofthe Federal Assembly and stats-secretaries of federal enforcement authorities within the limits of such interaction are given. The order of preparation and consideration of corrected in accordance with modern requirements federal budget draft in detail is considered, the special role ofthe Government in preparation of project representation of the budget in the State Duma and the chamber in its passage is thus shown.
