Allergic rhinitis (AR) is a chronic allergic disease caused by IgE-dependent allergic inflammation. It occurs when allergens affect the nasal mucosa and is clinically manifested by rhinorrhea, nasal congestion, sneezing, and sometimes anosmia [1].
