Esthetics play a very important role in dentistry. In the absence of teeth, the alveolar ridges resorb, causing the facial muscles to lose support, resulting in diminished facial muscle tone, and a slumped cheek. The authors present here a case of a 54-year-old male patient who reported missing upper and lower teeth. An intraoral examination revealed completely edentulous maxillary and mandibular arches. On extraoral examination, the cheeks were sunken, and the skin was wrinkled. For the patient, a complete denture with removable cheek plumpers was advised due to his hollow cheeks. This method accurately determines the space available for cheek plumpers.
