With the advent of computing, the creation of the Internet and, in general, with new information technologies, information technology and communications, the world has suffered not only a technological change, but a much deeper mutation. Virtually all social, economic, political and even personal relationships go through a server and the terminal of a computer or a mobile phone. This new situation creates in itself new contradictions in relationships, in all areas of society. To deepen on those produced between teachers and medical students in the teaching-learning process is one of the objectives of this work, considering that for many novel situations we were not sufficiently prepared, because everything has happened with the "rapidation", characteristic with what is lived. For its development, the following epigraphs were included: Generations in Cuba, the new generation, teachers and students, the "transformed" clinical method, the teacher as "model", new dangers, need for change. Finally, a series of final comments are proposed, so that it is not only a description of the issues dealt with, but also helps to judge and act to find appropriate solutions.
