CLINICAL FEATURES AND CHARACTERISTICS OF VEGETATIVE STATUS IN CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS WITH CONNECTIVE TISSUE DYSPLASIA

950 schoolchildren in Omsk were observed for the purpose of detection of signs of connective tissue dysplasia (CTD). An intensity of symptoms of CDT, vegetative dysfunction, psycho emotional status were estimated with following correction of these disorders with magnesium orotate (marnerot). The symptoms of CTD were detected in more then a half of children and adoles cents with maximal detectability in age of 13–17 years old. An influence of sympathetic system on vegetative status was registered in children and adolescents. Typical signs of it were discoordinated vegetative regulation of respiratory and cardio vascular systems, disorder of psycho emotional status (instability in uneasiness factor, factor of instability of choice, factor of capacity of work). Treatment with magnesium orotate in children and adolescents with CDT was followed by positive changes of state of health, decrease of symptoms of vegetative disbalance, normalization of psycho emotional status, mainly due to restoration of capacity to work.Key words: children, adolescents, connective tissue dysplasia, vegetative dysfunction, magnesium orotate.
