Abstract

In light of the current state of the global health crisis (Covid-19), some governments plan to ease restrictions on services and gradually return to normalcy. There is no doubt that when the institutions are reopened, things will not be as they were before (Covid-19). Here the opportunity appears to prioritize existing services and restructure investment in services that beneficiaries need and are most valued by. This article discusses the main basic considerations that managers of institutions and libraries in particular must determine when planning to restart their organizations.
