A Case Report of Gilbert Syndrome Presenting With Acute Cholecystitis

Abstract

ABSTRACT A 38‐year‐old male with Gilbert syndrome presented with acute cholecystitis, jaundice, and elevated liver enzymes. This case highlights the importance of genetic testing for unexplained jaundice, avoiding misdiagnosis, and guiding personalized treatment for Gilbert syndrome.
