Formulation of an initial proposal for the disposition of operating unit personnel into radio networks

Abstract

The paper presents a possibility to formulate a program of communication personnel work in an operating unit, especially in the domain of planning and organization. The program is written in PROLOG (Programming in Logic). It contains some of the rules which a communication officer has to comply with. The most important one concerns the disposition of participating units from the operating unit into radio networks according to the given criteria. The initial proposal for the disposition into radio networks is formed based on the desired number of participants per radio network and the total number of radio devices in the operating unit.
