Immature stages were studied in Turkmenistan (1988–1998) in nature and in the laboratory. Females were kept in tanks under condition similar to natural with the purpose of getting of eggs and larvae. Descriptions of eggs and larvae of the genus Menaccarus Amyot et Serville, 1843, subgenera Oploscelis Mulsant et Rey, 1852 and Orocephalus Mulsant et Rey, 1866 are given. Immature stages of M. arenicola (Scholtz, 1847) are redescribed. Eggs and larvae of M. deserticola Jakovlev, 1900 and M. divaricatus Jakovlev, 1877 are described for the first time
