Promotion and improvement of coal enterprise safety concept from the perspective of safety culture

Abstract

Safety culture construction is an important link of safety production management system of coal mining enterprises, the construction of the safety concept is the core of the coal mine safety culture construction. Taking the current situation and experience of coal mine safety culture construction in Shanxi Province as samples, the analysis found that the current formal problems existing in the coal mine safety culture construction, the reasons can be attributed to lack of coal mine safety culture idea promotion and the coal mine safety culture enforcement measures is not perfect. In order to solve this problem, this paper uses the methods of philosophical analysis and systematic forward analysis to propose the construction of fair and just safety concept to enhance the connotation of safety culture and take the implementation of the main responsibility as the concrete path to improve the safety culture construction.
